Abstracts must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org by 4 September 2019 (5:00 PM GMT+8). The abstract should include the following:
1. Title of Abstract
2. Authors – indicate the presenting author and corresponding author (with contact details: email, mailing address, and telephone number) and co-authors together with the institutional affiliation of each author.
3. Abstract of Presentation – a concise abstract consisting of a maximum of 200 words
4. Keywords – list of 2 to 5 keywords clearly describing the idea of the work
5. Thematic Area – the thematic area that categorizes your work.
Abstracts must be submitted in English and contained in one page in MS Word, with paper size set to A4, font Times New Roman, font size 12. Multiple abstracts can be submitted by the same authors although it is highly encouraged to have different presenting/corresponding authors.
Presenters will be informed of abstract acceptance not later than 7 September 2019 and then will need to submit the complete presentation in MS PowerPoint format by 11 September 2019. Full papers will not be requested.
